Lawn Aeration
Aeration is a valuable horticultural practice for lawns in South Florida because it relieves compaction that occurs from equipment and foot traffic. Aeration helps to thicken lawns and allow roots to reach greater depths. Additionally, water can penetrate soil faster and reach greater depth and improve the quality of granular fertilization applications to lawns. We offer aeration for all property sizes.
Power Raking
Power raking is a valuable horticultural practice for lawns in South Florida because it removes thatch build up in lawns. Build of thatch creates dense layers of organic matter which can disrupt the effectiveness of irrigation and fertilization. Power raking is an effective horticultural method to improve lawns.
Granular Fertilization
Granular fertilization is an important companion to aeration and power raking. After we have completed aeration and/or power raking it is suggested that a granular fertilization be completed as well. This is suggested because the lawns are now primed to receive the granular fertilizer and the effectiveness of this fertilization method is greatly improved.
